Untapped Data on Masks

We found untapped data on masks. It holds promising results.

Recently, we uncovered untapped data cache. It can provide details on mask compliance. It has not been accessible to experts. But can unlock important details.

Gauging compliance is key. It tells experts where to focus. Thus, data are key in the fight against the virus, too.

We started collecting mask data in January, 2020. A month later, we took our first survey. We continue taking surveys today.

In February, many chain stores began collecting data, too. It is not perfect. But it is another data source.

Here is why it matters:

Some other sources and surveys are just a snapshot. But data collected daily paints a clearer picture.

And store data may show different trends. Some are geographic. They also may reveal,”hot spots.” That is, areas with lower compliance. But traceable over a longer time horizon.

Request for Data

We request stores and businesses to share data. It is for research purposes. And will follow ethical and professional standards.. Also:

  • It will be kept anonymous. Data will be merged with other data. Your identify will not be revealed.
  • It serves a public good.

Better data allow for better targeting. And can then be tailored for unique audiences.
